Service availability may vary based on location and vehicle specifications.
2. Appointment and Scheduling
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We recommend confirming your appointment at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should also be made with minimum notice to avoid fees or delays.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment in person at our service center located at 1450 Park Blvd, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92101. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed quotes will be honored for the specified period.
4. Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and will provide warranty coverage on specified repairs and installations as outlined at the time of service. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications performed by third parties not authorized by Apex Performance Solutions.
To the extent permitted by law, Apex Performance Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any pre-existing conditions.
- Ensure adequate access and be available during scheduled service appointments.
- Comply with all maintenance recommendations and post-service instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials related to our online platform and services are the intellectual property of Apex Performance Solutions and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and use personal information strictly to deliver and improve our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
8. Termination of Service
